Cat Grooming Safety & Service Terms
Please read before booking.
By booking a grooming appointment with Pet Lovers, you confirm that the information you provide about your cat is accurate and complete, including age, health conditions, medications, behavior, aggression, stress, skin issues, injuries, and severe matting.
Cat grooming can involve normal risks such as stress, scratches, minor skin irritation, hidden skin conditions becoming visible after clipping, or accidental minor nicks, especially with elderly cats, heavily matted coats, thin skin, or cats that move suddenly.
For safety, Pet Lovers may stop or modify a service if your cat becomes excessively stressed, aggressive, or if continuing would be unsafe for the cat or groomer.
Severe matting may require a shorter trim or shave for the cat’s comfort and safety. Final grooming results may vary depending on coat condition and your cat’s tolerance.
If you request a bath, you confirm that your cat can safely tolerate bathing. Please tell us in advance about any medical or behavioral concern that could affect grooming.
Pet Lovers provides in-home grooming at the customer’s home. The customer is responsible for providing a safe working area and for securing other pets or hazards during the appointment.
By selecting “I accept” during booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and authorize Pet Lovers to perform the selected grooming service.
